Florida’s Long Term Care Medicaid program pays for services in a nursing home and in an assisted living community for those who qualify. A Medicaid 4 You Specialist will work with you and your physician to determine the location that best fits your physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial needs.

2021 Florida Medicaid
Long Term Care Eligibility for Seniors is an income limit of $2,382 with an asset limit of $2,000 for a single individual.
